I'm so looking forward to the warmer days and getting my hands in the dirt! Of course we have dipped back into the chill here on the east coast of the US 🙄 but I can feel it coming and I'm so ready! Looking forward to seeing for of what comes out of your garden!

It can't come soon enough! We too keep getting tricked by warmer days and then a clear sky brings a chill overnight! Hope you have a good growing season 🌱🌱

Yes! That's been our issue, too! We dropped 20+ degrees yesterday and it's down right cold today!

Have you tried ‘square foot gardening’?- I tried it for a few years before we moved and it’s an interesting concept. I’ll leave you to look into it (if you haven’t already).

I found it very productive and attractive too especially as you plant bee friendly flowers in amongst the veggies. From sunny/frosty Somerset.

My plan for growing this coming season is very similar to yours, but on an even smaller growing space. My only vegetable growing bed is smaller than one of your raised beds. A bit different to when I grew all our vegetables and fruit on our Welsh hillside smallholding. But homegrown is homegrown, and always worth doing. 😀

I never seem to keep to my budget with seeds and starters no matter how much planning I do! My leeks did the same thing! I kept them in another year but we are over-run with wild bunnies and they have now munched them down. I was thinking that the rainbow was showing you the pots of gold - the allotment! And I agree, the beginning of the year should be March 20th just like Nowroz which is celebrated as the New Year by the Parsee Community and the Iranian Community.

We’re moving nearer to my daughter and her partner who are also avid fans of yours so can’t grow this year so hoping watching your endeavours will scratch the itch until then. Might even suggest we do a joint allotment you've so inspired me. Keep up the good work 💝
